Zina Ruffino

Zina qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has been practising family law ever since, working in Bristol and the Southwest area before joining Battrick Clark. She specialises in both public and private law proceedings and represents parents, carers and other family members in care proceedings and discharge proceedings. Zina has represented parties in complex cases involving non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, learning disabilities and deprivation of liberty order applications. She also represents parties in special guardianship applications in both private and public law proceedings and has a keen interest in private law proceedings, representing parents in section 8 orders including child arrangements orders, prohibited steps orders and specific issue orders involving relocation and school changes.
