Victoria Melling

Victoria Melling qualified as a solicitor in March 2001 and has specialised exclusively in family law throughout her career. She worked at Stephensons for over 13 years (1998–2017), progressing from clerk to partner in 2011, before joining KBL to head their family department for three years. She established VM Family Law in 2020. Victoria specialises in complex financial settlements, high-net-worth divorce cases involving business interests, pension structures, and cross-border property issues. She also has extensive experience with children disputes, domestic abuse cases, and prenuptial agreements. She is accredited by Resolution as a specialist in advanced financial provision and domestic abuse, and regularly conducts her own advocacy in court hearings.
