Tom Allen is a Partner and Family Lawyer at Carbon Law Partners with almost 20 years’ experience in family law, based in Cardiff. He advises on the full range of private family matters including divorce and separation, financial order proceedings, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, civil partnership disputes, separation agreements, and Children Act matters. Tom has built a strong reputation in South Wales for achieving fair, cost-effective outcomes for clients — settling matters without recourse to court wherever possible, but with the experience and skill to litigate robustly when necessary. He read Law at the University of Liverpool and completed his LPC at the College of Law, Chester.
