Simon Lim

Simon Lim is a Partner at Bross Bennett, having qualified in 2009 and been appointed to the partnership in 2018. He advises across all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on cases involving children, financial remedy proceedings, and inheritance disputes, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Simon is a long-serving supervisor at the Queen Mary Legal Advice Centre, where he was awarded a fellowship in 2022 in recognition of his commitment to pro bono work.
