Sarah Infante

Sarah Infante is a Senior Associate in the Family & Divorce team at Wedlake Bell. She advises across all aspects of family law with particular expertise in high-value financial claims involving trusts, corporate structures, inherited wealth and jurisdictional complexities, as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation matters. Sarah has a specialist interest in international surrogacy, advising intended parents on cross-border arrangements including parental orders and adoption.
