Sarah Humphreys

Sarah Humphreys is a Consultant Barrister at Carlsons Solicitors, called to the Bar in 1993, with broad experience spanning High Court insurance litigation, probate, and property work before specialising in family law. Her practice encompasses cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, financial remedies following relationship breakdown, applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) between unmarried couples, and private law children matters.
