Samantha Little

Samantha Little is a solicitor in the children team at Russell-Cooke, where she has specialised in all aspects of children law since 1994 and has served as a joint head of the children department. She has been accredited to the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1998 and holds Higher Courts (Civil Proceedings) advocacy rights, regularly representing children, parents, and family members in court. Her practice spans complex care proceedings, adoption (including inter-country and international adoption), surrogacy, alternative family structures, and both private and public law children matters. She qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and was awarded the LAPG Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year in 2008.
