About Sally
Sally Mitchell is a Partner and Managing Partner at Bobbetts Mackan with over 47 years’ experience in family law. She is appointed to the Law Society’s Children’s Panel and leads the firm’s specialist children and family team. Sally regularly receives instructions from CAFCASS-appointed Guardians to represent young people whose interests cannot be represented by parents or relatives. She advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, cases involving physical or emotional abuse, and international child abduction matters. Her practice is underpinned by a collaborative approach to resolving family disputes whilst protecting vulnerable clients.
