Safina Mitha

Safina Mitha is an Associate in the Family and Relationships team at Hunters Law, having joined the firm in December 2025. She advises across all aspects of family law with a particular focus on complex international children matters, including child abduction, wardship proceedings, registration and enforcement of foreign orders, cases involving stranded spouses, and forced marriage. Safina is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Child Abduction and Children Law and read law at Queen Mary University of London.
