Rosa Schofield

Rosa Schofield is a Leading Associate at The International Family Law Group LLP, having joined the firm in October 2023 from Family Law Partners. Her practice spans all key areas of family law, including divorce, financial separation, spousal maintenance (including international dimensions), and cross-border children matters, with particular expertise in high-conflict children disputes for international families and cases involving complex allegations of domestic abuse. Rosa is regularly instructed in matters before the High Court and is recognised for her commitment to out-of-court resolution; she is a volunteer Legal Advisor at Rights of Women, Co-Chair of Resolution’s Publications Committee, and a regular contributor to The Family Law Journal.
