Rhian Gray is a partner in the family law team at Higgs LLP specialising in wealth protection, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She primarily acts in cases involving complex, high-value financial matters and has extensive experience negotiating settlements. Rhian has advised on nuptial agreements protecting assets ranging from £0.5 million to £35 million, often involving succession of family businesses and Family Investment Companies. Since late 2022, she has offered the Separate Together service, advising both parties in a divorce to reach amicable agreements on financial arrangements.
