Rebecca Cook

Rebecca Cook is a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in child protection and family law. She qualified in June 2022 and completed her training within a local authority, giving her particular experience in proceedings where local authorities are involved. Rebecca acts as an agent for local authorities and advises on public law orders including care orders, placement orders, supervision orders, special guardian orders and deprivation of liberty orders. She represents parents in complex care proceedings involving non-accidental injuries and domestic abuse, bringing sensitivity and empathy to vulnerable clients with mental health difficulties or learning challenges. Rebecca is an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel and advocates regularly in Family Court.
