Parissa Henney

Parissa Henney qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is the Head of ODT Solicitors’ Family Department. She has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of family law, including the breakdown of relationships whether married, unmarried, or in civil partnerships. Her expertise spans planning for a secure future with cohabitation and pre-/post-nuptial agreements, financial remedy proceedings involving high-net-worth and complex asset cases, pension sharing, family business interests, TOLATA disputes, Schedule 1 Children Act matters, and child arrangements. Parissa is an active member of West Sussex Resolution and takes a constructive, non-confrontational approach to resolving family disputes through negotiation and mediation.
