Michelle Shephard

Michelle Shephard is a Solicitor in the Family team at Coole Bevis LLP, qualified in 1998 with over 25 years of experience in family law. She practiced in London before returning to her native Sussex and has worked in several local law firms prior to joining Coole Bevis in 2023. Whilst working for a high street practice, Michelle gained experience in general litigation which has proven invaluable in navigating complex family law matters. She is a member of Resolution and provides comprehensive advice and representation across all areas of family law including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, contested financial remedy, consent orders, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, private law children matters, injunction proceedings and cohabitee disputes.
