He specialises in financial provision on divorce or separation, financial provision for children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, financial provision following an overseas divorce (Part III of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984), nuptial agreements, overseas pension sharing, and jurisdictional forum disputes — acting frequently for high-net-worth individuals and international families with multi-jurisdictional assets.
