Mauro Vinti is a Partner and joint Head of the Family team at Sydney Mitchell LLP, qualifying as a solicitor in 2001 after joining the firm as a trainee in 1999 and being promoted to Partner in 2009. He advises clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown and complex family issues, with considerable experience in matters involving international assets, complex pension structures and commercial and business issues that arise during family disputes. A member of Resolution, Mauro is also a Resolution-trained family mediator.
