Maria Airey

Maria Airey is an Associate in the family and children team at Russell-Cooke, advising clients on all aspects of private family law. Her practice includes financial remedy proceedings — encompassing cases with international elements, complex business structures, and overseas assets — as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce, cohabitation disputes, and children arrangements. Maria completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the accelerated Legal Practice Course at BPP University and qualified as a solicitor in August 2021, joining Russell-Cooke in June 2023. She is a member of Resolution and Young Resolution and is committed to resolving disputes constructively outside court where possible.
