About Margaret
Margaret Kelly-Edwards, MCIArb is a Consultant at Ketley Miller Joels, a niche family law firm in Mayfair, London. Dual-qualified in England & Wales (1982) and Australia (1985), she brings over four decades of experience spanning complex financial remedy proceedings — including cases involving overseas assets, trusts and company structures — as well as children law matters such as child abduction, relocation out of jurisdiction, and disputes involving allegations of abuse. She acts for a wide range of clients, from homemakers to high-profile individuals, and is one of the first practitioners to qualify as a family arbitrator in both financial and children cases; she is also an accredited mediator, collaborative lawyer, and sits as a Deputy District Judge at the Central Family Court. Margaret is a founding member of the Certainty Project, a contributing author to the Resolution Family Disputes Handbook, a member of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators, and is regularly recognised in the Legal 500.
