Lynne Passmore

Lynne Passmore is a family lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in relationship breakdown matters, having practised exclusively in family law in Brighton for more than 27 years following earlier experience in London, Surrey and Sussex. She is a solicitor, accredited family mediator, hybrid mediator and collaborative practitioner who specialises in helping clients reach agreement through non-adversarial processes rather than court proceedings. Her practice focuses on divorce and separation advice, financial remedy negotiations involving asset division and pension matters, children’s arrangements, and both pre- and post-nuptial agreements, with particular expertise in mediation and collaborative family law processes.
