Lydia Pilati

Lydia Pilati is an Associate Solicitor in the Family team at Morr & Co LLP, with experience acting on complex financial remedy cases with an international element and on sensitive children matters involving domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2011 and subsequently worked in Hong Kong as a matrimonial solicitor from 2016, qualifying as a solicitor of the Hong Kong SAR High Court; she is also a trained family mediator. Lydia advises a broad range of clients on financial remedy proceedings, children arrangements and injunctive relief.
