Lucy Phipps

Lucy Phipps is a Partner in the Family Law team at Weightmans LLP, based in Leeds and serving as Sector Lead for individual services across Leeds and Newcastle, with over 15 years’ experience. Described as “first rate” and “amazing” by the Legal 500, she specialises in complex financial settlements involving corporate and business structures, property, land holdings, pension and trust assets, prenuptial agreements and children matters including parental alienation and international relocation. Lucy has been elected Chair of the North and West Yorkshire regional Resolution Committee.
