About Lindsey
Lindsey Potter is an Associate at MSB Solicitors with a wealth of knowledge and experience across family law. She has honed a diligent and forensic approach to divorce and financial disputes arising on marital breakdown, advising on complex finance structures and pension arrangements. Lindsey also advises unmarried couples on cohabitation agreements, property disputes and Schedule 1 claims, and handles private law children matters. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with First Class Honours in Law and Criminal Justice in 2014 and is a member of the Family Finance sub-committee of Liverpool Law Society.
