About Laura
Laura Coyle is a Partner at Freemans Solicitors, having joined in 2008 and been made Partner in May 2017. She qualified in 2007 and was admitted to the Law Society Children Panel in 2012; in 2021 she was also admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland. Laura is a specialist international family law and public law practitioner, experienced in complex public law cases involving serious allegations including non-accidental injury and sexual abuse, and frequently acts in child abduction and international relocation proceedings. She was appointed to the Law Society Sub-Committee for Children Law in 2018 and reappointed as Solicitor Member of the Family Procedure Rules Committee from August 2026.
