Kimberley Davies

Kimberley Davies is a Partner in the Family team at Trethowans LLP, based in the firm’s Dorset offices, having joined in 2017 to establish and grow the family law offering in Dorset and becoming a partner in 2018. She specialises in all aspects of family law including divorce, complex children matters, high net worth financial cases involving family businesses, pension assets and inherited wealth, mediation, and has developed recognised expertise in surrogacy and assisted reproduction matters both in the UK and internationally. She is Chair of Dorset Resolution and co-host of The Candid Divorce Lawyer podcast, which won the Innovative Marketing Award at the Legal Growth Awards 2026.
