Kim Beatson

Kim Beatson is a Partner at Anthony Gold and Head of the nationally renowned Family and Dispute Resolution team, based at the firm’s London Bridge office, where she has specialised in family law since 1984. She has particular expertise in complex financial settlements for both married and cohabiting couples, including high net worth divorce, financial remedy, Schedule 1, TOLATA, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and is also an ADR Group Accredited civil and commercial mediator and trained collaborative lawyer. One of the first solicitors in England and Wales to qualify as a family mediator in 1987, Kim now holds a substantial mediation practice with the majority of her referrals coming from other family lawyers, and has been recognised by both Chambers & Partners (Family/Matrimonial Finance: High Net Worth; Mediators) and Legal 500 (Leading Partner); she is also a regular contributor to publications including The Solicitors Journal and Family Law and has commented on family law developments for Radio 4, BBC Breakfast News, and Sky News.
