About Juliette
Juliette Peters is a Founding Partner of Peters May LLP, the Mayfair-based boutique family law firm she co-founded in 2018 with Jessica May. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1995, she brings over three decades of experience to her practice, having spent seven years as assistant to legendary divorce lawyer Raymond Tooth at Sears Tooth, before serving as Head of Family at Howard Kennedy LLP and later as a partner at Shoosmiths LLP’s London office. She specialises in high-value financial remedy proceedings — including cases involving complex company structures, offshore trusts, multi-jurisdictional assets and TOLATA claims — as well as divorce, same-sex dissolutions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and private children matters such as relocation and Schedule 1 applications. A non-practising Guernsey Advocate, Juliette is frequently instructed in cases with an offshore or Channel Islands element, and regularly acts for high-net-worth individuals including entrepreneurs, those in banking, and clients from the entertainment industry. She is recognised as a Leading Partner by Legal 500, which describes her as ‘formidable’ with ‘huge intellect’, and Peters May is ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
