Jill Wiggins

Jill Wiggins is a Partner in Cunningtons’ Family Law department, based at the Braintree office. Qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined Cunningtons in 2014, becoming Partner in 2017. She specialises in divorce, civil partnership dissolution, financial remedy proceedings following separation, and Children Act proceedings (both private and public law). Jill handles injunctions and protective orders for clients affected by domestic abuse, taking a pragmatic yet empathetic approach. She is a member of Resolution and has responsibility for developing trainee solicitors in the Family department.
