Jessica Whiley

Jessica Whiley is a Paralegal at The International Family Law Group LLP, working across divorce, financial remedy and children law matters; she undertakes legal research, prepares statements and court documents, collates evidence and compiles bundles for hearings, and regularly attends court to assist counsel and support clients. She holds an LLB (Hons) and a Master’s degree from Exeter University, and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2025 after completing the Bar Practice Course. Prior to joining iFLG she worked as a Case Assistant at the Crown Prosecution Service, giving her a grounding in the practical realities of litigation before the courts.
