Imogen Nolan

Imogen Nolan is a senior associate in Russell-Cooke’s family and children team, where she has practised since joining the firm in 2021. She advises across all aspects of private family law with a focus on financial remedy proceedings — including those involving complex corporate structures, trust arrangements, and international elements — together with divorce, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and private children matters. Imogen takes a pragmatic, client-centred approach, helping individuals identify the most appropriate resolution route whether through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings, and is a member of Resolution.
