Imogen Fallon

Imogen Fallon is a Solicitor in the Children team at Vardags in London, practising under the leadership of Partner Caroline Korah and advising on private children law matters including child arrangements, international child abduction, internal and international relocation applications, and safeguarding and child protection issues. She read History at UCL (First Class Honours, with a Year Abroad at the University of Pennsylvania) and holds a Master’s degree from Keble College, Oxford, before completing the GDL and LPC at Westminster Law School with Distinctions. Her reported cases include AJ v FJ (Appeal Against Registration) [2024] EWFC 356 and TY v XA [2024] EWFC 96.
