Helena French

Helena French is a Senior Associate in the family and children team at Russell-Cooke, having qualified into the family team in 2018. She advises clients across the full range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and TOLATA disputes, and all aspects of private children law, with particular experience in cases involving an international dimension such as international relocation and child abduction proceedings. Helena has appeared as advocate in the Court of Appeal in complex international children cases and is committed to resolving matters amicably and cost-effectively wherever possible.
