Hannah Owen

Hannah Owen is a Senior Associate in the family team at Charles Russell Speechlys in London, admitted to practise in England and Wales, where she advises on all aspects of family law with particular expertise in financial remedy proceedings (including cases involving large property portfolios and complex domestic and international pension arrangements), nuptial agreements for high-net-worth individuals, Schedule 1 proceedings, and complex private children law matters including leave to remove applications and child arrangements disputes. She has built a strong specialism in international surrogacy arrangements and regularly acts on high-value financial cases with cross-border elements, having worked on matters spanning jurisdictions including Australia, France, India, Pakistan, Switzerland, the USA and Ukraine. Described by Legal 500 UK 2026 as a ‘rising star’ who ‘combines an encyclopaedic knowledge of the cases she is working on with an incisive mind’, Hannah is particularly adept at working with vulnerable clients and is a member of Resolution; she is also actively involved in the firm’s pro bono work and was shortlisted for The Stephen Denyer Pro Bono Award.
