Hannah Minty

Hannah Minty is a partner in Russell-Cooke’s family and children team, having qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and been promoted to the partnership in 2020. She advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown with particular expertise in pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements — including those with significant international and cross-border elements — and complex financial remedy proceedings involving family businesses, trusts, third-party intervenors, and vulnerable parties. Hannah is dual-qualified in England and Wales and Scotland, regularly advises high-net-worth clients and entrepreneurs on cross-border and jurisdictional matters, and is a collaboratively trained solicitor and member of the International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners.
