Gillian Rivers

Gillian Rivers is a Senior Consultant at Hamblin Family Law, bringing over 30 years of experience in family law having qualified in 1995. She is a highly regarded specialist in complex financial remedy proceedings, high-net-worth divorce, private law children matters, and international family law, with a particular focus on high-value financial claims involving significant offshore and cross-border elements. Gillian has previously held senior roles at Collyer Bristow, Penningtons Manches Cooper and Charles Russell, and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a former Chair of the Family Law Committee of the International Bar Association, and was awarded Family Law Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year in 2018 for her work combatting human trafficking.
