George Irving

George Irving is an Associate in Mishcon de Reya’s Family team specialising in complex family law matters for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. Qualified in September 2021, he advises on divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private law children matters, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, adoption and international surrogacy. He has significant court experience, having worked on cases in the Supreme Court, High Court and Central Family Court, and is particularly interested in modern family creation and surrogacy law. George is a member of Resolution and the Surrogacy and Modern Families Group, and has published on family law issues relating to LGBTQ+ family building and modern parenthood.
