Fiona Ryans

Fiona Ryans is a Senior Associate and joint head of the Newcastle family team at Hay & Kilner LLP, with a wealth of experience across all aspects of family breakdown gained since qualifying in 1992. She specialises in financial remedy proceedings and children matters arising from divorce and separation, and is one of only a handful of solicitors in the North East trained and accredited under Resolution Together to advise both parties jointly — helping to keep costs down and resolve matters quickly and pragmatically. Fiona is a member of Resolution and regularly advises on complex asset cases and prenuptial agreements.
