Emily Rezepa

Emily Rezepa is a Solicitor at Carlsons Solicitors, admitted in March 2025, having undertaken her training contract at the firm after joining in 2021. She graduated with a First in Law and German Law from the University of Birmingham before completing the Legal Practice Course and an LLM in professional legal practice with distinction at the University of Law, and has gained legal experience in London, Birmingham, Berlin, and Strasbourg. Her practice covers private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements, and nuptial agreements, as well as contentious probate matters such as Inheritance Act claims, will disputes, and claims against executors and trustees.
