Emily Kapoor

Emily Kapoor is a founding Partner of Katz Partners LLP with extensive experience across the full spectrum of private family law, with a particular focus on divorce and very high-value financial claims. She advises on cases involving trusts, inherited wealth, offshore assets and family businesses, and acts on all areas of private children law including injunctive relief and international relocation applications. Emily trained and qualified at Withers, where she spent over ten years in the Divorce and Family department, before joining Davina Katz in 2016.
