About Diane
Diane Matthews is a Senior Associate at MSB Solicitors who joined the firm in January 2024. She was recognised as a key lawyer in the 2023 edition of the Legal 500. Specialising in divorce and separation matters, Diane has particular expertise in cases involving family businesses in the context of Financial Remedy applications. She is also experienced in TOLATA disputes between unmarried partners, nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and children matters. Diane has close links with Lancashire Police Federation and hosts a free monthly legal advice clinic at their headquarters. With more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession across Lancashire and Manchester, she is a committed member of Resolution and has a particular focus on pension issues.
