David Emmerson OBE

David Emmerson OBE is a Partner at Anthony Gold Solicitors, based at London Bridge in South London, where he has practised family law for over four decades since qualifying in the early 1980s following his law degree at De Montfort University. He holds a uniquely broad practice spanning complex financial remedy proceedings, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, international assets and jurisdiction cases, and private law children matters, and is accredited by the Family Mediation Council and Resolution in hybrid mediation, financial remedy, private law children, and domestic abuse work.
