David Carver

David Carver is a solicitor in the family team at Charles Russell Speechlys, admitted to practise in England and Wales, and recognised as a ‘One to Watch’ in the Legal 500 UK 2026 guide for Family: Divorce and Financial Remedy. He advises on complex and high-value family law matters, with particular expertise in Schedule 1 financial disputes between unmarried parents (including enforcement and variation of court orders), financial remedy proceedings following overseas divorce, and cases involving non-disclosure, offshore trusts and variation of nuptial settlements. David also handles sensitive private children matters — including disputes over living arrangements, international relocation and child abduction — as well as the drafting of nuptial and cohabitation agreements for clients including ultra-high-net-worth individuals and high-profile parties, and is a member of Resolution, the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTra) and the British Association for Sport and Law (BASL).
