Charlotte Isabel Perrin

Charlotte Perrin is a Partner in the Family Law team at Roger Brooker & Co with over thirty years’ experience in family law practice. She qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and moved to Essex in 1993, where she has specialised in family law ever since. Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including divorce, separation, children matters, and financial settlement work, with particular expertise in mid to high-net-worth financial remedy proceedings and Private Law Children Act cases. She is a committed member of Resolution and is trained in collaborative family law work, advising clients on alternatives to court proceedings including mediation, collaboration, and arbitration. She is dedicated to resolving clients’ family issues in a non-confrontational manner where possible.
