Charlie Kassell

Charlie Kassell is an Associate in the Litigation department at Sinclair Gibson LLP, having completed his training contract at the firm and qualified in August 2023. He advises a range of clients primarily in relation to contentious trusts, inheritance and probate disputes, working closely with other members of the Litigation team on high-value and complex private client matters. Prior to joining Sinclair Gibson, Charlie worked as a paralegal in the Wills & Probate department of a high-street firm, and he holds an LLM from BPP Law School alongside a GDL from Nottingham Law School and an Economics degree (upper second class honours) from the University of Bristol.
