Caroline Falkus

Caroline is a consultant at Bross Bennett with more than two decades of experience in family law, during which time she has been associated with the firm since 2001. Her specialist areas include cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships and same-sex relationship breakdowns, complex children matters, and matrimonial finance, and she practises as both a collaborative lawyer and an accredited, experienced mediator, having also worked as a mediator at the Institute of Family Therapy. She is particularly valued by clients and colleagues for her strategic clarity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to maintain productive dialogue between parties in order to achieve durable, practical resolutions.
