About Bethan
Bethan is a senior associate in the Guildford family team, advising on all areas of private family law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes and cohabitation issues, with a particular specialism in modern family law including domestic and international surrogacy arrangements. She frequently advises intended parents on their path to parenthood and legal status, and is a member of Resolution’s Children Committee. She has written about surrogacy for The American Bar Association, The Times and Glamour Magazine.
