Bessie Hanson

Bessie Hanson is a Director and co-founder of Brigstow Family Law, having qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and exclusively practising family law since qualification. She has extensive experience advising clients on child arrangements, including complex cases involving serious welfare issues, domestic abuse, parental alienation, and expert evidence. Bessie specialises in resolving financial matters, particularly cases with complex asset structures, trusts, pensions, and business assets, including farming assets, complex business structures, significant pension funds, inherited wealth, and trust assets. In October 2022, she was appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit.
