About Beatrice
Beatrice Holt is a Senior Paralegal at The International Family Law Group LLP, supporting the firm’s caseload across international family law matters, with particular involvement in child abduction, wardship and cross-border proceedings; she has assisted on a number of reported decisions in the High Court and Court of Appeal, including Hague Convention and inherent jurisdiction cases. Called to the Bar of England and Wales in March 2023 on completing the Bar Practice Course and an LLM in Law and Legal Practice, Beatrice also holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature with Gender Studies and previously worked at the Ministry of Justice. Alongside her casework she plays an active role in the firm’s paralegal team, delivering training for new joiners and helping maintain consistent high standards across the cohort.
