Antonia Felix

Antonia Felix is a Partner at Mishcon de Reya specialising in complex family law matters, with particular expertise in financial remedy cases involving assets in different jurisdictions and complicated trust structures. She advises extensively on cohabitation disputes, private children matters, applications for jurisdiction removal, and international surrogacy. Her experience includes pre and post-marital agreements, disclosure issues, and offshore jurisdiction matters. Qualified with GDL and LPC from BPP Law School in 2004-2005, Antonia is a member of Resolution and the Association of Women Solicitors, and serves on the Surrogacy and Modern Families Group.
