Amy Chapman

Amy Chapman is a Legal Director in the specialist children law team at Russell-Cooke, where she has extensive experience in both private and public law children proceedings. She represents parents, children, and other family members across a broad range of complex cases, and is particularly recognised for her work in public law matters involving allegations of non-accidental injury, forced marriage, and international relocation, as well as in surrogacy and adoption proceedings. Amy joined Russell-Cooke in 2023, having previously been a Partner at Owen White and Catlin LLP, and has more than sixteen years’ experience practising family law.
