Alistair Haggerty

Alistair Haggerty is a Senior Consultant Solicitor and Solicitor-Advocate at Carlsons Solicitors, admitted to the Roll in 2013, with experience across commercial litigation, employment and HR matters, property litigation, and insolvency. His practice has a particular focus on financial litigation and secured asset recovery — including enforcement of lending agreements, possession and charging order applications, and cross-border debt recovery — acting for partnerships, LLPs, SMEs, limited companies, merchant banks, commercial lenders, peer-to-peer funders, and asset finance companies. He has appeared as a Solicitor-Advocate in county and high courts across England and Wales and in the Court of Appeal, and recent matters have included recovering in excess of £6 million for a lender across multiple asset classes.
